Description: Centerline file with potential address ranges. There is a cooperative agreement among local agencies within Franklin County to maintain one road centerline file. The file contains a 7 mile buffer outside of Franklin in order to provide complete coverage to cities that extend outside of the county boundary. The Franklin County portion of the file is part of the ODOT/OGRIP statewide LBRS program and will eventually be incorporated into their system. The file is a constant work in progress and to be used for reference only. Some attribute fields are still being worked on and new data is being added or edited daily.
